Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated 1-2 business days
Packaging All Pokémon TCG products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Elite Trainer Boxes and booster products are securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
