1. Overview By purchasing from Chaz's TCG ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game products including Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Packs, Booster Bundles, and Booster Boxes. All products are sold as collectibles/entertainment items. We make no guarantee of card rarity or pull rates, as these are determined by the manufacturer (The Pokémon Company International).

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations Orders are processed promptly. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately — once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping We ship within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our store or products.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
